Privacy Policy — Speed Tortoise

Speed Tortoise is designed for privacy. This policy explains what we collect and what we don't.

What we collect

Test measurements — download, upload, latency, jitter and packet loss are computed in your browser. Aggregated results stay on your device unless you export them as CSV / PDF.
IP address — used only transiently to answer /api/server-info and to route the test. It is not stored, sold, or shared with Cloudflare or any third party. Logs, if any, are ephemeral and not used for tracking.
No cookies for tracking — we don't use advertising cookies. The consent modal is local UI only.

We are not affiliated with Cloudflare, Inc. and we do not send your data to Cloudflare.
We do not sell personal data.
We do not run analytics that fingerprint you across sites.

Test results live in memory in your browser. Closing the tab discards them. Exported files are saved locally to your device.
